What does each item on our plans mean? Lets break it down:
Website design - this is where we physically design your website.
SEO Plan - where we will make you appear on google searches.
Standard site or e-Commerce site - this is what sort of sites benefits your business the most, a standard site is simply a website that does not require any special features such as an online store, or an online booking system.
Design Time - we give you a set deadline as to when your site will be live, depending on which plan you choose.
Domain name - this is your website address, your www. name customers type in to be directed to your website. Your domain name comes included in all our plans, (up to £50).
Hosting - as well as a domain name, your website needs to be hosted, (this basically means, make your website live for customers to see). This comes included in our plans.
Ad-hoc work - lets say your website is live, but maybe 6 weeks down the line, you want something adding, removing or editing, this is the lead time we give (plan dependant) on how long it takes us to make these changes, this is included in your plan, and does not cost you anything extra.
Website revamp - if, after a year or 2, you decide you'd like a new look for your website, we shall redesign it at no extra or added cost to you.
Dedicated account manager - if you need to contact someone straight away, we are only a phone call away. All our plans come with an account manager.
Customer email addresses - these are a personal email address that links to your website and business, for example, ours is: info@thecybergroup.co.uk, you can choose up to 10 custom email addresses, which link to your business.
Integrated finance options - if you sell products online, you can quadruple your chance of securing your sale by adding finance options to your checkout page, with partners such as ClearPay, Klarna, LayBuy.
Social media management - if you do not have the time, or knowledge to start a Facebook/Instagram/X account, then we can take care of all of that for you. We shall also share posts to your pages, helping to engage with your customers.
24/7 customer support number - if you need to contact us urgently, you shall have a direct mobile number to your account manager.
Business card & leaflet design - if you need a new look for your business card, we shall design it. This also applies to leaflets.
Logo design - if you need a new look for your company logo, or just need a logo, we will design you one.
Custom letterhead design - if you send your customers, or suppliers letters, then we shall design you a professional looking letterhead to send out.
Business cards printed - if you do not have a supplier who can print your business cards, then we can print them, in house for you. Every 6 months, you will get more business cards.
Leaflet printing - if you decide to do leaflet marketing, and do not have a supplier who can print them, we can do it, in house for you. Every 6 months, you will get more leaflets.
Custom metal pens - a great advertising idea, a novelty pen that you can hand out to your customers. We will design and supply your pens every 6 months.
0800 number - if you only have a mobile number for your business, then an 0800 number may be your best option. It is included in your plan, and can be linked to your mobile so you don't miss any important calls.
Graphic designer - anything you need designing, we are here for you. No matter how much you need designing, we can do it included in your plan.
Custom mobile app - let's say you wish to give your customers a more 'personal' feel, you can have your own app designed. This is probably best for companies that have a big online presence and sell online.
